    • Average to excellent in spelling, grammar and communication skills
    • Can type 55 words per minute with atleast 90% accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task (handling 5 or more chats concurrently / simultaneously)
    • Ability to independently research information via the net
    • Ability to navigate 3 or more tools
    • Willing to work in shifting schedules/holidays
    • Call center experience is preferred but not required

    • Completed at least 2nd year in college
    • Mush have good to excellent English communication skills
    • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
    • Effective listening skills
    • Mush be computer and internet savvy
    • Knowledge about software / hardware troubleshooting
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Multi-tasking capabilities
    • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
    • Ability to understand various types of operating system including Windows and MAC
    • Ability to provide clear instructions while troubleshooting the customer’s internet issues.
    • Previous technical support experience would be a great advantage
    • Reliable and dependable
    • Willing to deliver the results in Dasmariñas, Cavite and be designated to changing work schedules.
