    • Average to excellent in spelling, grammar and communication skills
    • Can type 55 words per minute with atleast 90% accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task (handling 5 or more chats concurrently / simultaneously)
    • Ability to independently research information via the net
    • Ability to navigate 3 or more tools
    • Willing to work in shifting schedules/holidays
    • Call center experience is preferred but not required
